Bookings
- A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This is completely non refundable. However will be fully transferable up to 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel with less than 72 hours notice, your booking fee becomes non refundable, non transferable and you will be required to pay for the appointment in full before I book you in again.
- Please ensure you arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay for the appointment in full before I book you in again.
Patch Tests
- Some appointments require a patch test, this will be stated in the description. It is your responsibility to make sure you book and have a patch test done at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not have a patch test done, I will be unable to perform the treatment and you will lose your booking fee.
Appointments
- Please make sure you come to your appointment with clean lashes, no eye makeup or strip lash glue.
- If you arrive with dirty lashes, I will have to spend longer cleaning them and this will eat into you appointment time.
- Due to my insurance, children and/or pets are not allowed. Also due to the size of my room, unless pre arranged, friends and family are not permitted during your appointment.
Infills
- Infills must be booked 2-3 weeks after your appointment. Anything longer than 3.5 weeks will be classed as a full set.
- You need to have at least 40% of your lash extensions left for it to count as an infill.
- I do not infill other lash techs work, a removal and full set will be required.
Refunds
- All beauty treatments are non refundable due to the product cost, time spent and other expenses.
- Client satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will do all we can to resolve any issues. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss any concerns.
